Bought this for my Border/Heeler mix and it wound up being too small across her chest so I'm putting it up here. Hasn't been worn except the once when we tried it on her. It's soft and slightly stretchy and has a Velcro close behind one of the legs to make it easier to get on your pup. It doesn't have a size on the tag but I took some measurements on it and I'd guess it's around a medium. It has a little elastic loop at the tail end that I'm not exactly sure of it's purpose.All measurements taken with the garment laid flat.
Length from collar (when folded down) to hem is about 24 - 24.5in. The chest width is 9.5in Collar width when folded is 6.5in
