I Just got this a month ago and had it Flashed to Cricket.
My Husband bought me a new Phone for Christmas. This phone has a new battery also. the red rubberized case comes with it.sorry no charger, using it. The screen on the phone has no scratches, always had protective cover on it. The bottom of the phone has some scuffing, scratches, but you dont see it with the case on....All and All its a great phone , no problems..needs a sim card.

YOU cannot switch to straight talk unless phone is a straight talk phone so wendy dear we need to know what carrier this phone is locked to! Sprint , at&t Verizon, tracfone family, usa cellular , etc..
