no it is not you must connect though an ethernet cord only to connect to the internet and that is why I am sending an ethernet cord along with it to the winner.

I'm not sure if anyone told you because I didn't read all the comments. But do not send Priority Mail, it's expensive. You can send first class or standard post (thru the post office) WITH TRACKING. The PO will send just about anything with tracking nowadays. Just ask for cheapest with tracking.
