I bought this at 10Dollarmall.com. They either mark through the mfg. name or cut the tag out.
This is a 2X and runs a little small. The measurements are as follows laying flat:
Chest ~ 25"
Length ~ shoulder to hem ~ 27"
Bottom across ~ 26"
The sleeve length ~ 18"

Very pretty studded pattern which can be dressed up or down!
