Made in Japan 7H No 09918 Pretty cool light meter used for movies. I don't know much about it but it works and comes with case (top flap taped) and is definitely something for someone who is into film or camera collectibles etc. Ships to verified addresses only, Thanks!

Not entirely sure but I think it measures the light in order to help you select the right film? maybe a cam buff out there could elaborate?

I'm not a camera buff. But it is used to measure light to take a picture. To set your camera for the light you have at the time.
