it doesnt say im not sure this is my 2nd auction but someone else asked me if they could send shipping fee by mail and when i received it i would send it so i said sure why not so if you wanted to do it that way that would be fine ... and i will see if i can find out more info on the subject thanks

well i dont happen to see anything ive checked other peoples ad where they are charging for shipping and one said paying for shipping is through paypal...I dont have a paypal account nor do i want one so like i said if you want to bid you can send the shpping in the mail.. If not and no one bids i just found out how to startthe bid at something other than 0 so i will raise the starting bid and just give free shipping so if this doesnt sell i wull probably start the bid at 1000 credits and just ship for free... Until i find out more .. unless you just mail a money order for shipping im not about ripping people off it s up to you hun thank you Elliott
