it is used, sat on top of desktop computer for one month. will ship to you in original shipping box (came from assurance wireless) didn't come in blister package.

it's prepay, just like the prepay phones. you can buy a $20 card anywhere virgin mobile cards are sold. or you can set it up for auto pay using a debit or credit card.
