Hi! These are great! Can you please tell me what the waist measurement is, laying flat? Stretchy at all? Also...are these double-thickness (two layers to account for the two different fabrics), or single-thickness (just different textures on each side of one piece of fabric)? Laying flat it measures 18" times 2 equals 36"
Minimal stretch, has a slight give to it
Single piece of fabric with different design inside and out
