wish i could take the time, to learn to sew, lol! not really ha!! I would rather be out looking for cool old things:) That's great that you want to learn. When you become really good at it(prob. 8 months?!) you could custom make them & sell them on your own website or even local, would be cool & make some big $! People love homemade quilts.I am taken aback by things like that, more so than an expensive piece of jewelry, that really has little meaning to me. I bet the first one would be so hard to part with

it would be really hard to part with. i started hand stitching simple stuffed animals so i could practice my needle felting skills by decorating them with colorful patterns. i made an elephant and a giraffe and i think i'll probably keep them forever. my hand stitching sucks but i feel like only i can appreciate them since i took the time to make them. it's kind of funny.
