It's very easy to reset an MP3/4/5 player it should have an option to reset everything if there is a settings option when your scrolling through menus on it or if you plug it in I don't know what software it used but u can usually just click on icon for the device in c drive and clear it manually by just deleting everything off of it especially so you don't give some one all the personal information that could be stored on it , you can always google how to reset as well. It's just something anyone selling any electronics should ALWAYS do to protect themselves and others and just to help the person who is receiving it because some people can't figure out how to do it and it just makes it nice when they go to plug it in because than it will act like its new and that's always a plus for the non computer savvy people.
