Alrighty, so, I'm not a professional seamstress but it's about 9/10 inches and stretches double from what I gather :) I hope this helps The shiny embellishments can be slide all the way to the back of the dress or lower in the front to gain more or less cleavage coverage.

Thanks! Would you like me to measure it stretched? Un stretched? Both? I'd say the bust will fit 32-40. The 'cups' are also able to fit a lot OR a little :) Very Versatile with it's size capability.
