Hello =) your looking at a Samsung Instinct M800 touchscreen cell phone for Sprint. it has a clean ESN. I bought this on Ebay, and then was able to get an upgrade so i did. it works great, no issues there. it is a lil beat up. the screen doesnt have any MAJOR scratches, but the side are chipping paint. however if you just put a phone case on it like i did you cannot tell. it does NOT come with a charger. you can get one of those for like $6 tho. also has a Mini SD slot!

The Samsung Instinct (M800 also known as the "Iphone killer" was an Internet-enabled phone designed and marketed by Samsung Mobile. It uses a Haptic touchscreen interface, and three touchscreen buttons (pictured at right, from left to right - [back], [home], [phone]). The Instinct, in addition to being a mobile phone, also functions as a camera phone, portable media player, text messenger, and a complete web browser and e-mail client. The email client allows for access to only the main inbox of any associated account - not to any subfolder. The folders for "drafts", "sent", "deleted", and "outbox" represent only messages originating from the phone.

The MP3 player allows users to listen to music while they exchange text messages. It pauses music when the user answers a call. The Instinct supports uploading music into the music library. The phone does not come with MP3 ringtones.

The Instinct was created in order to compete with the highly popular iPhone, available only with AT&T (Now available on Verizon). It was advertised that the Instinct had TV, voice commands, and other features the original iPhone did not have.

Full internet browser (WAP 2.0, XHTML, HTML, WML, WMLS). The Instinct has the ability to run the popular mobile browser Opera Mini (version 4.2 is currently the most cooperative), while performing very well compared to the default web browser.

im not really sure. i would say no but you can always call sprint to be 100% sure. i had a contract with mine.

its very similar to an android. however it runs off a different operating system by Sprint that was specifically made fot the Instinct. you have 2 different ways to use the internet (via Sprint Mobile or Opera browsing<--i prefer the Opera) its fully capable of playing games and FB and w e you want to do with it!

i havent seen it either, so id say no it dont have a built in GPS. i have used GPS thru the internet on the phone tho and i think it worked just as well. thanks for asking!
