1 small Redbud Tree seedling, bare roots. Gin for 3. We ship our plants with wet paper towel around the roots then wrap all of the plant in paper towel before putting it in a loosely closed plastic bag, (If the leaves come in contact with the plastic you will get a cooked tree). We ship in a box with Live Plants written on it. I have sent experiments packs out to some and they arrived safe. Put them in water for a few days to get over transport shock, then plant.

Eastern redbud trees produce clusters of pink blossoms in March before the heart-shaped foliage arrives.

• They prefers deep, moist soil that is well drained. Theyoften grows at a slant as it reaches for sunlight.

• They grow to a mature height of 15 to 30 feet tall. It has a canopy spread of 10 to 20 feet, with a trunk measuring from 6 to 10 inches in diameter.

• The leaves are alternate & heart shaped. They are smooth on the edges &smooth in texture.

• They bears a bean shaped pod in late spring. The bean contains numerous small black to dark brown seeds.
