Tutu Dress is size 12 / 18 months.( may even fit a small 24 months) It is White,Cream,Light Pink, and Blue tulle bottom with Blue top and Pink Ribbon wrap and Straps make a bow in the back or could be used as halter straps. With Yellow Daisy Flower in front.
