I am calling this coin an "impaired" proof because it was pulled from circulation. Since it was in circulation, there are a few small scratches - and the luster is not quite as bright and shiny as one still in the original proof sets. But it is a nice coin - certainly a good place holder until you can replace it with a pristine one!
