That's why I like to give exact measurements, because sizes are different from brand to brand. I used to work as an assistant merchandiser to the USA line of a famous international brand, and when department store orders were shipped out, if the warehouse didn't have a particular size of a particular style, tags would be switched before shipping. That's just one of the *many* reasons you should never freak out about not fitting into a specific size. If one piece of clothing on the rack doesn't fit, try the one next to it on instead. ✰

I keep losing weight with the heat out here.Wearing about a 10 now.You said 10 % spandex. So no zipper? It would pop with a red top :) But will it fit?

I said "... the horizontal flat measurements do have some give to them. No tag with fabric content, but I'd guess it is at least 10% spandex."

Photo numbers 5, 11, and 12 show the zipper on this skirt.

It would look amazing with a red or deep pink top. ✰

I have no idea, that's why I included measurements. They would be much more accurate in comparing your measurement to, anyway. Not a large or XL, but beyond that, I don't know.
