WOW. This is a carnelian colored cameo with raised figural of a mother and child. The dimensional aspects of the cameo are numerous...tried to show in photos. The cameo is surrounded by Carnelian enamel Joan Rivers is famous for her quality Russian enamel pieces! There is a stone in the gold tone ribbon trim at the top. I believe it is a Swarovksi crystal if I remember correctly.
