**Myself along with other members are receiving an "error message" when trying to purchase Ebay gift cards. I spoke with Ebay & Paypal, but they claim that they don't understand what is going on. But, they will try to figure out what the problem is. Anyway, as with my last Ebay gift card winner, I ultimately had to transfer the value of the card directly into their Paypal account to complete the transaction. I know this against the rules, but this situation leaves me no other choice. I would like to see if the problem has been corrected. So, if you do not have a Paypal account, please do not bid.
