(◕‿◕✿) ~WELCOME TO MY AUCTION!~ (◕‿◕✿)

This phone is being listed as an iPod currently running on iOS 7.1.2. iPhone can't be activated! (I don't have Sprint, I use a GSM carrier which requires SIM cards. This phone doesn't have a SIM slot, so I've never tried it.) It was a gift from my friend and he told me he used it with Sprint prior to upgrading. When I restored it, a notification popped up showing "iPhone not activated" then "No Service" in the status bar. So as far as activating the device, I don't believe it will work. That is why this is being sold as an iPod. Aside from that, it functions absolutely perfect as an iPod. I used it a while and I absolutely loved it!
This "iPod" will be reset before shipping it out the next day. ☺

Physical Condition: Like New. It looks brand new but has been previously used. The screen is absolutely flawless. No scratches or scuffs anywhere on the screen. The back glass of the phone is flawless as well. I tried my best to take very detailed pictures of the phone. (If you want more pictures, just ask.) This device does have a front and back camera and they both function perfectly. All buttons work as well. Touch screen is well calibrated. No dead spots. No water damage. Charging port is not damaged. Audio is perfect. No iCloud lock. Head phone jack is fine. Wifi works like a charm. Not Jailbroken.

**SHIPPING: This item will be shipped free with tracking and insurance in the U.S. I accept Paypal payment to residents outside of the U.S for payment.

I will *NOT* lower days nor will I add a GIN. So no "I'll give you 100 credits" or "please lower the days". If you have any additional questions/requests, I highly encourage you to ask. Otherwise, good luck and happy bidding! (:

Wow, I'm new and I can't believe how you are being spoken to from some of these people. You are indeed handling this auction like a champ. Shame on those of you with no manners, & FYI this is a public site, so Congrats! Each of you have managed to look like a complete jerk in front of the entire world!

"I will *NOT* lower days nor will I add a GIN." ............... and still they ask if you will,
"lower days and add a GIN!" Perhaps "reading comprehension" was not a strong point when they were in school! It simply amazes the way some folks ignore the specifics!

I'm confused. Why can't it be activated? I read your description, twice. Lol and I'm still confused. I don't understand why is couldn't be activated with Sprint or straight talk as long as the esn is clean?
Sorry if it is a silly question, but I'm not tech smart by no means, but I don't understand why it wouldn't be able to be activated?
Thanks!

Just as confused as you are. I've never been under a CDMA carrier so I have no idea how they work. ESN is clean so it doesn't make much sense to me either which is why its being sold solely as an iPod.

fanned you and since you already mentioned you're only 18 I gotta you are VERY mature and have great manners:). I have the 4s iphone and I would like to point out that the camera on these iphones 4 are extremely good(not the 1 facing you tho lol) and I want to add that the battery life is the very best. Bid ppl this is a great phone-camera-music player :))

Thank you for the compliment! ^^ See? There's still a few good apples left out there. :) But I did read the manuals that the front-facing camera was low-resolution. The back camera is much more sophisticated. The battery life is amazing. I left it on standby for 2 days, 24 minutes and the battery percentage was at 91% so that was a really surprising find

Wow! Can I have it free? Can you give it to me for 1 point? Lol! You will be gray haired by the time it's over. It looks like mostly underage kids bothering you. You don't want to deal with them because legally, they can't be on Listia. Good luck, my friend. Try to stay sane! :-)

That's the sad reality. There is absolutely no way I'm listing a 5. I saw a Listian list a 5 once, and they gave him absolute HELL. I only say that because if a do list one, I wouldn't have a GIN on it. So for 21 days I would have to deal with annoying messages and comments from users begging for me to end the auction and give it to them for free. I guess that's why some most experienced sellers tend not to sell those pricey items. Fear of not getting what they hoped for and annoying Listians. :(

I did see apps on the app store that will allow you to use it as a phone when it isn't activated. But only when WiFi is available. Thanks for reminding me of that, I should include it in the next update. :)

Howdy :) just out of curiosity I stopped in to check out the auction...and just from reading these comments I had to tell you I'm one of your biggest fans!! I am like WOW, did some of these kids miss bedtime? Lol...definitely young kids...or extremely rude adults. You are handling the crazies very well I must say! :)
Yes, you can download Text Plus app in App Store and use wifi to call & text. Pretty awesome app that I've used before.
Hope you get tons of points...and have a beautiful weekend! :)

Aww thank you Darla! Yes some of them may just be very immature adults but most that have messaged me with requests are usually underage. (The youngest being 10). They use the advantage of anonymity to the web very well. And thanks for the info! I was going to include it in another update but I was bogged down with work yesterday. :( I got online around 12am and found that the auction had 22 hours remaining and you can not update in the last 24 hours of an auction. I do hope the winner sees that info and uses it. :) And you have a lovely weekend as well!

Sounds like its fine. It will say that on top of the screen when a service plan or account is not matched to it. The iPhone seems, according to you be doing the what it's supposed to do when not in service so no worries. It will be fine being activated on a Sprint plan or any other company that Sprint works hand and hand with. Unless it's reported stolen or from an unpaid contract, which you can check the IMEI, or esn on swappa.com.
Quit calling it an iPod, your going to short yourself on your own sale, and people will look to take advantage of that mis-understanding. If everything is on the up and up your looking at 150k-250k depending on who's looking. I bought 2 just like yous over the last two weeks, one didn't want to post the esn or imei and one did. Paid 200k for the listed and 101k for the non. Both work great, but they could have made more on the 2nd with that esn info available.
You have the imei in a couple pictures but can't make it out clear enough to check it, would go a long way to helping it sell higher if you put a picture of it up giving people a chance to check to make sure the phone has no issues of being stolen or from a past due account.
Hope that helps and good luck, looks like a good phone. (sorry for the long post but I hope it helps)

If the ESN is clean then you can activate it. CDMA carriers are just like GSM Carriers. You just don't use SIM Cards. You use your IMEI.

OK people... This phone is awesome. And judging by the pics its in great shape. This phone is CDMA meaning it does not use a Sim card (sprint, Verizon). Gsm phones use a Sim card (at&t, T-Mobile) now CDMA carriers will use a Sim card still if the phone is 4g and not 3g. Now it is very possible if this phone is used and was on sprint it could have previously been reported lost or stolen and might have a blocked ESN number on sprint or just has an issue on sprint period. If you have a CDMA carrier (which you can Google all CDMA carriers in the USA on Google) you can pay a small amount of money and have it flashed to your carrier. This is a great auction so bid bid bid... And all you idiots with your fake sob stories grow up. Just BC you qualify for food stamps doesn't mean people need to give you their own stuff for free too. And no offense to anyone reading this who has food stamps. That was just directed towards the ones who want EVERYTHING for free. Great auction. Hope you get high credits on this one ;)

Thank you for the very informative paragraph. (: Lol though I feel some users will still overlook it as they have mine. However, the ESN is clear. If you want to ESN to check if it was reported stolen or lost (or any other curious user for that matter), just send me a message.

Thank you so much for the uplifting comment! ^^ Fanned you back. :) Some of these users do not understand that you can not add a GIN or lower the days after bids have been placed. I also have to take into consideration that some of those users are just juveniles who signed up on this site and took the meaning of "free" literally. Listia is a *free* online marketplace for trading goods for currency between individuals. I REALLY wish people read the rules before signing up. :(
