Is this hard plastic, or if not, what's the material? Also, is this made to be more than one use? How durable would it be for a 75lb Staffy?

It isn't a hard plastic. More like a rubber type. As far as would it be good for your dog, it depends on the dog. How the dog plays. If he is one that tries their hardest to destroy items, no this wouldn't be good for him. It all depends on how your dog plays. My dog would knock this around with his nose and paws trying to get the treats out, but not all dogs play this way, only you would know how your dog plays. Thanks for asking.

I love this, saw on another auction of yours in green. now I've used the Kong and Busy buddy but this one look different the holes. can you tell me what you would put in this?

You could put small kibble in it, so the dog could roll it around and get it out, or you could even slide a milkbone biscuit in it for the dog to pull out.
