Looking for the wife..she doesnt like it if it isnt matte which I guess means non shiny or glittery? lol I think? Well are these matte?

The lip gloss looks like it has some shimmer to it, as for the eye shadows....I really can't tell without swatching them and I can't do that since it's new. They are neutral colors so nothing bright or really bold but I honestly can't tell if they would be glittery or not.
