is this material stretchy at all? and I'm really not seeing any green....even in the close ups...??

Sorry it isn't stretchy!! But there is a olive green in the lighter areas of the skirt. I guess it just doesn't show in the pics. Sorry. It will make someone a nice skirt very nice. Dresses up or down. I always wore it with a Marilyn Monroe "T" always got lots of compliments. And stares if you know what I mean! Thanks for looking.
