Hi. When you turn it on, do you get a logo or anything? How old is the unit? What OS did it have? What's the general condition (specifically, any cracks or big scratches on the screen?) finally, how old is it? Whew, that's a lot of questions. Good luck. F&W

Yes the Slyvania logo comes up, There are NO cracks or scratches on it.as for age i have had it 6 to 8 months. i do not know when it came out.

The only number still visible on the sticker is H/W ID# 11.6.8.2(1110)
