That's what I would like to know--- as I said before I'm willing to pay shipping - it would be 3-4 dollars -book rate probably- I place the first bib but you have said if you will mail it- I would like to know so I will know whether to bid again if needed- I emailed you with the same question - but have not received an answer .... I do my best to get back on line i have a big family so lots to do and sometime i forget but i do get back if the bid goes up to at less 400 i well send it. It is a very old book and a very good book it is worth it.
