For your pleasure is a 1915 5 Star 90% Silver! Republic De Cuba 20 cent/centavos Veinte Cents Silver Cuban Patria Y coin! RARE & SCARCE!

I am not a coin dealer or collector. This one was removed from a cigar box in my safety deposit today just to list here on Listia!

My father was a coin collector as he traveled the world as a truck driver and he passed on years ago. I was left most of his collection.

I have researched this coin and it is a very rare and scarce coin. The shield looks wonderful and way, way, way better than any you will find of this type, with great detail on the coin and in great condition. This coin may have been cleaned in the past and I have no way of telling if it has. I have more of this type that are more darker than this one. Very, Very nice coin here for any collection!

This coin is a first release coin. Not a cheap coin.

Composition : 0.900 Silver (90% Silver)

Actual Weight : 4.77g

Diameter : 23mm

Just found this info:

A low relief star, fine reeding 1915 20 centavos coin catalogs for $50 in average circulated condition.
A high relief star, coarse reeding 1915 20 centavos coin catalogs for $150 in average circulated condition.

Only a professional grader can tell you the condition. Hope this info helps.
