I'm not sure the model number but this is the link to where I purchased it https://www.fitbit.com/flex . You might be able to find a model number there plus a pretty nice description of the item. Im not keeping it because my work only allows me to use it sporadically. I work in a hospital pharmacy and I mix medication iv bags in a sterile environment. We can't wear jewellery. I would take it off and forget to put it back on. But I loved what it did when I could wear it. You get the best use of it when you wear it all day everyday, aside from showering.hope this answered your question.thanks for your interest

It will monitor your sleep, shows how well or poorly you are sleeping.

does it show calories burned? I know it shows the steps or movement, but I really would like to keep track of calories burned?
