I added two more pictures to help see the size. The tape measure says it is slightly over 1/2cm in length.

Pretty stone. It should be 7 x 5 mm if it's a full carat. Do you know the country of origin? There is a lot of difference in color and value between a Columbian and a Brazilian emerald. Good Luck with your auction.
