Manufacturer has it listed as a 30MM, but I would consider it a medium. Heart lockets usually are not listed with a size due to shape.

You can do gin after it starts cause I won something with gin while people were bidding. I see people do that all the time. They do have a gin going on while bidding that way they can do the gin or wait it out. It could be cheaper to wait most of the time.
