The listing, Marcy's Giant 21 Day Jump the Hurdle Race (Tiered) has ended.

Welcome Welcome! I am so excited to have you here! Please read carefully!

Instead of Tiers we will have hurdles. I have up to 200 hurdles available full of gift cards, Smashbox, an Apple iPad Mini, Too Faced, Columbia, Apple, Dr, Dre, Juicy Couture, Betsey Johnson, Michael Cors, Coach, Guess, Ralph Lauren, Cuisanart, Krups, Remington, Blu-Ray Player, Vera Wang, Jewelry, Hobby/Scrapbooking Items, Kids and Children's Toys, Bath and Body Works, Julep, Sephora, High-End Perfume and Cologne, Revlon, Disney, Black and Decker, Candles, Thirty-One, Dockers, Fruit of the Loom, Dickies, Dana Bachman, Oral B, Land's End, Revlon, Vera Bradley, Scentsy, Conair, Vivitar, Oster, Lexmark, Reebok, and that is just some of it.

I went big on this one!!!!!!!! Really big!!!!!!!! All of those items listed above are NEW IN BOX OR PACKAGE!!!!!!!!!!

This is how it works....several times a day...as you run around Marcy's track...I will put out a hurdle. The hurdle will have a point value attached to it. Once we get that hurdle jumped..you earn that prize or prize lot and you have earned it! So the more you bid, the more you earn! I have about 1200 items but some will be in lots. And like I said over $8000 Estimated Retail Value. Easily over $500 of that is gift cards.
And of course there will be bonuses. Bonuses will MOSTLY be applied to gift cards. I will put fairly reasonable point values on the hurdles to get the prizes, , Rhere will be a small goal each day to get to wuth a bonus attached before the next day!

Bidding is encouraged in between hurdles and in between days. You never know when I will throw in a freebie or bonus!!!!!!

All jokes aside, I've been on here for about 2.5 years now & this has to be the highest an AUCTION-STYLE listing has gotten that I've seen thus far. WOW......but skimming through the listing and updates....seems like you'll be deserving of every credit. I have only shared this with a hand full of people....but I want to spread the word...so maybe MORE PEOPLE WILL DO IT!!! You can donate credits on here and Listia will match your credits to the charity of your choice!!!!!! I have done that with my large auctions....I would like people to consider that. I do that with my large auctions! Find a charity that is close to your heart...and donate!!!!! It's very important!!!!!!!
So I don't do large "shopping sprees". I also buy a lot for family and friends....we also let our children "go shopping" on here of course with help from mom and dad, it's kind of a treat for them....and then Christmas will be good for people around us!

You know the trials and tribulations I have been through....I haven't shared this yet with this auction, but Kathy...this is the right time...we just found out 3 weeks ago, that we set precedent in the Supreme Court of Iowa...standing up for Mother's Right...so ex-husbands cannot use the system to torture and stalk wives and children. My hubby used to live in Warner Robins...loved it! But he was an Iowa boy and always has been. Thanks...keep an eye on my auctions. I do normal ones...but I do crazy ones like this every once in a while too...but each time I do it...it gets a little wilder...I don't ever expect to break this record though again.... :) I am proud of it and kind of amazed at the feedback too! :) Very appreciative of all!

You must be new to the area...welcome welcome...I have been doing these for a while!!!! I will have some sort of auction, not sure what, not like this in November, but then I usually have small ones on and off, and I always have free shipping and add freebies, just read my feedback. Then I will have a huge one like this in February...so save till then if you can. It will be my one year Listia Anniverary and everybody will need their points for that one! Because I am going to start working on it shortly after this one ends.......So it will have 3 months to build...which means I can get into a whole lot of trouble for those who know me well.

Thanks for the kind words. Our family we found out smiles...with more or with less...so donating to us...is a given regardless of Christmas...because getting is not all about Christmas..but I do understand what you mean and yes as a mom I want my kids to have"everything" but we have found out the Christmas we had 'less were just as special as the Christmases we had more". One thing I did as a single mom for years is...I bought starting in August. I would buy just a little here and there as I had a little money....and by December, my kids never knew we had any less than anyone else. However, I don't know if I did them a disservice because we have been a 2 parent family for many years now and they never skipped a beat and I just don't know if they learned anything...but we donate a lot and they have learned to donate of their time, love, material items, money and energy as well...so I do think we are getting the message across. Don't get me wrong....we have nice things...very nice things...but we make sure that people around us are taken care of too...and I have done this regardless of my situation....I would love to have you at my next auction. I hope you have a very merry Christmas and that your children get everything their dear hearts want. We are working on our list too! :)

I am proud of you all for saving credits....credits don't magically appear...you all work your tails off as does the other Listians that have a lot of auctions and credits. It's not a magical process whatsoever. But I guess you are right...I don't see it, but at times, these large auctions can be almost a full time job for me and that's why I spread them out throughout the year. Tina, and I am proud of you...and I know you will be getting some gifts...but I know you will be back January 22....it means a lot that all of you are proud of me...and I will be back sooner than you know it.

Thank you so much...first I will be giving away to charities at Listia...they do this awesome thing where they match your donation to a charity of your choice..they feature several each month. All different types.....I encourage everyone...at all coin levels to donate, even a few....you get BADGES for them if badges are important to people....then, I will get things our family wants...from the reward store and the people that support me, I support their auctions...and I try to go around to as many auctions as possible and pay it forward a little, then the rest actually gets invested into the next big auction and I buy items for my next auction. I came from a business family...so every auction..I re-invest....I even buy some items from the reward store and make them available to people on my auctions....
so I have some amazing plans for the next auction...YOU WON'T believe YOUR EYES!!!!!!
Also, as soon as I get to 1000 fans....bring your friends along here to watch the end of this....I will have 5 short 3 day auctions with some amazing items on them that people normally can't buy! It really isn't that hard, it just looks intimidating...it isn't at all....Hope to have you in or at my future auctions....read a few posts...here on the message board..you will get some good answers and information..you are not the only one with these questions...disease or not. But I will put a little prayer in for you!

Just like I ship any other auction like this...Fed Ex ground....it's all ready to go and be shipped tomorrow! Will be at the winner's home by the end of the week.
Last auction like this cost me $235 to ship. Biggest pet peeve ever....people that charge $2 or $3 shipping...suck it up and help your customers..... :) If you are on here...it's about customer service, people that charge shipping, I bet you anything, you don't want to pay shipping on other people's items, so why do you charge shipping on your items...pay it a little forward.....I know times are tough, but a little goes a long way...and usually it doesn't cost the entire $2 or $3....and yes, I do pay shipping if I want an item, but I just always am generous on shipping. And you know what..most items with free shipping go better and sell higher. Now if I offend you with this opinion...remember, it is just my opinion.......and before you jump all over me...WE ARE NOT WEALTHY PEOPLE...it is just part of the service I offer....and part of the amazing gift of this auction. And if you have never tried FED EX Ground...try it...it is way cheaper than any other service!

I used to get in trouble all of the time...as people were jealous and turned me in for everything..so anybody that was threatened by me, turned me in for stuff and Listia would go ahead and discipline me for everything...so notoriety was terrible, but either I am getting better at following directions, or Listia understands I am only trying to do a good thing, or both, or they have figured out it is the same people turning me in all of the time which it was....I had asked to be a moderator at one time, but nope...I don't want that....I want to be on this end where I can do more good. And please read so you know why I do this...not to take over....the huge reason why I started this, was because of a few strong and negative people here on Listia...I wanted to show that good and generous was stronger than negative and greedy...and I think I am making my point very well......and I WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO!!!! Thanks for being here! :) Keep an eye out for my upcoming 1000 watchers auctions (5 of them). All price ranges....and then another biggie coming January 22!
