really nice condition ...has small crease threw the yellow seal ....this bank note is well worth getting graded or psa or pmgs..high grade.real nice color edges look awesome.really nice addition to any bank note collectors collection......has two small pinholes on left side of bank note above serial number.....has a small crease.....no grafitti.....really nice color....not faded at all..no rips or tears....suface is really good!!..looks amazing.....has a line on the bottom of the cutof bank note.....kinda a printing error.....with that cut line still printed on it....its bottom left middle....black line printed on bottom of banknote...cuterror..

Glad someone asked. Brown seals are African, yellow seals Hawaiian. Because of conflicts due to world wars, these bills were produced for circulation in war hot spots. Should the USA have lost in these regions the notes would have been demonetized and rendered worthless.

Thank you. Yup yellow seals are north African and brownseals are Hawaii. They were used during world war 2 era' . Money was marked like that so it would be easy to spot incase usa's money got taking over than.
