says Verizon, but I believe you can use it with any phone that has service as you have to call a 1-800 number to be able to use the card

PLEASE READ!!! Card is a 20 dollar value calling card. THERE IS NOT 700 PREPAID MINUTES. All That have bid can retract bids from this point. Sorry for the Mis-Representation of the card, but still is quite a value for a free site.
