I've had this since 1988. There are some stains on the outside of the box, but the booklet and jewel cases and CDs themselves are in amazing condition.

There are some amazing tunes in this set. You will find Howlin' Wolf, Bo Diddley, Muddy Waters, Koko Taylor, Otis Rush, and much, much more.

Fanned, watching and bidding - thank you for posting such a great auction. We just watched the movie "Cadillac Records" again a few nights ago. I worked in my college library for over 12 years. One day, when I was around 19 or 20, a woman overheard me talking about Lady Day. She said, "You're too young to know about Billie Holiday!" Just about everyone on the planet is "too young" for some of the great music of this era. :)

I was 16 when I bought this set. I agree with ya: age means nothing, *taste* in music is something that should be encouraged and perpetuated.
