The listing, WWI World War One Vintage Government Issue US Military Metal Canteen L.F.&C. 1918 has ended.

Genuine WWI 1918 canteen. Has a small dent on 1 side. Rare item. L F & C U S 1918.

Note, I tested this and IT STILL HOLDS WATER!
I thought it had a split in the seam (You can see what I mean in the eighth photo, up near the top) but its just fine, just looks that way.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this to store water in or drink from as the solder used to hand weld this together in those days contained LEAD and is poisonous.
THIS ITEM IS ORIGINAL VINTAGE AND ONLY FOR DISPLAY PURPOSES!

This item comes just as seen in the photo's. I do not have the green cover.

I am sorry because of customs resrictions in AMERIKA I cannot ship to Canada,so very sorry. this country is making doing buisness in ANY form very difficult for the common individual.
