Not refurbished. One owner. Great screen without protector. Yes charger for use on computer and also a wall adapter to charge by wall. Thanks for asking :)

Could you post more information please! Generation, Ipad version (ie, ipad1, ipad2, mini?). is it wifi, affiliated with a carrier (ie, AT&T, Version or an I choose my own). What does it come with, charger? cord? etc.. Thank you.
