This is out of a duo disc set with a regular dvd which I am keeping, the 3D Blu-Ray you are bidding on has never been taken from the case and is in brand new condition however when I ship it, it will be in a dvd slip (shown in the last picture) rather than the case because I am keeping the case for my dvd. Obviously being brand new and never used it has no scratches or smudges.
