I've had nothing but problems from this tablet. It was a Christmas gift from my mother a year ago. To hard restart it, you hold the volume down button and the power button at the same time. I've contacted campus111 regarding a refund and they told me no. SO if you are a computer genius and think you would have better luck with it PLEASE BY ALL MEANS BID!

It will come with the plastic still on both sides, the connectors, the pink keyboard (although there's a burn spot on the back side where the heat off a candle got to it). It still functions as well as it did before that. The charger and the instruction booklet. It's been set back to its factory settings. I ran it off my iPhone and off a 'hot spot' both at McDonald's and here at home. Also the original box and packing. I've added a picture of the burn spot so I've disclosed everything I know about this tablet.

Like I mentioned in the ad I'm not real computer savvy. Yes it fixed it at the time. But, every time I use it, it seems that 'won't display webpage' or it needs to be hard reset? If someone knew about computers, they could probably fix the 'issues' it has. If you're computer savvy; bid on it. If not; don't.

Not a lot ... Generally as I'm going to different programs. It's not consistently one thing. It's just sporadic.
