Depends on the gift card. For example, Shell gas gift cards come in increments of $10, $25, $50 and $100 so there isn't a way to get one $20 card.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover prepaid cards are not allowed on Listia. Even if they were, there is a $4.95 activation fee for every one of those cards. One $20 gift card from Walmart is definitely something I can do though! :)
