~Nothing is wrong with the phone I just don't use it anymore since i no longer am with sprint I just have the phone i was using it as iPod to listen to music and play games but now i just use my laptop and i no longer need my phone so im listing it here [=

~It can be jailbroken and unlocked for other carriers (other then sprint) for those who know how to do so.

Yes, you can use it just as a ipod if you want you dont have to activate it under any Phone carrier if you dont want to.

It's not. I disabled iCloud and I activated the phone before removing iCloud and track my phone. The phone is factory reset so it's fully functional. Any other questions?
