This was given to my son it is a straight talk phone Samsung brand its brand new to the best of our knowledge it has never been activated though someone did attempt to activate it but it wasn't the phone that they needed something about needing to make international calls and couldn't.... other than that I really have no clue don't know if it turns on don't know anything about it being sold as is there will be no returns or refunds offered shipping to Listia verified addresses only please don't ask me to lower the days or the starting price or to add a get it now if it's not there it's not going to be if you can't afford it now you're never going to happy bidding I offer free shipping

But there's no Simcard because of the CDMA.
