The listing, 24 KT Gold Knights Templar / Masonic Coin has ended.

All pictures are are of the actual coin that the winner will receive - Brand New in Package!

This beautiful coin is clad in .999 24k Gold in a shimmering mirror finish.

The base metal is copper, finished with a layer of fine Gold (100 mills thick).

Diameter: 40mm (1-9/16 inch) Thickness: 1/8 inch.

The front of the coin contains the cross shield of the crusaders. The coin is engraved with: "Non nobis domine, non nobis, sed nomini tuoda gloriam", which is Latin for: "Not unto us, not unto us O Lord, but unto thy name, give the glory "Pauperes commilitones Christi Templique Solomonici hierosalemitanis", which means "The Poor Fellow-Soldiers of Christ and of the Temple of Solomon" Engraving is on the front and reverse of the coin.

This coin represents The Knights Templar order affiliated with Freemasonry. Unlike the initial degrees conferred in a Masonic Lodge, which only require a belief in a Supreme Being regardless of religious affiliation, the Knights Templar is one of several additional Masonic Orders in which membership is open only to Freemasons who profess a belief in the Christian religion.

Can you put a gin for about 2000

Once someone places a bid, Listia will not let you place a GIN on it then. Besides that fact I had another coin exactly like this, and the GIN was 26,000. someone paid more than that for one. I would never place a GIN on this for anything less than 25,000.

I'm from Millville, PA! Wilke Barre was the big city when I lived there!!Then on to Penn State then teaching in Philly then a double Masters from Temple University, NOW recruited to teach in ARIZONA! BOY u get bet a million bucks I miss Millville!!! My husband would go crazy over this coin, the silly discussions we have over our totally separate views on the origins, and the evolutions. Anyway, since we moved here its been awful, maybe this valentine's day gift may help and maybe give or be a very needed spark for a 20 year marriage. I know the bids will be so high, so here's to the "Protection of Christian Pilgrims"!! Great Auction!!

have you touched it? I have one already and mine is not real the center cross is rubber and its gold plated

No - I didn't touch it. It is still in it's original package. I have auctioned off 10 of these starting about 3 years ago and I never heard of such a thing as a rubber cross.
