Crisis on Infinite Earths is a 1985 comic book crossover storyline published by DC Comics. It consists of a12-issue comic book limited series (identified as a "12-part maxi-series"), and was produced by DC Comics to simplify its then 50-year-old continuity. The series was written by Marv Wolfman and illustrated by George Pérez (pencils/layouts), along with Mike DeCarlo, Dick Giordano, and Jerry Ordway (who shared inking and embellishing). The series removed the concept of the Multiverse in the fictional DC Universe, and depicted the deaths of such long-standing superheroes as Supergirl, Wonder Woman, and the Barry Allen incarnation of the Flash. As such, it is one of the most important events in the DC Universe, and continuity in the DCU is typically divided into pre-Crisis and post-Crisis periods.

"Crisis On Infinite Earths" was DC Comics attempt to consolidate years of stories into a single shared universe. This series also brought in characters that DC Comics had acquired from other companies, such as Blue Beetle, Question, Captain Atom, Peacemaker and Nightshade (whom DC had purchased from Charlton Comics).
Comics didn't come any bigger than this. "Crisis on Infinite Earths" was a story that saw hundreds of heroes meet their deaths.
You are bidding on the complete 12 issue set. All comics are in great condition with Issue Number 1 being Mint! The shop who sold me issue 1, told me it would be graded 9.8, if it was ever submitted for grading. Issue number 6 I was told would be a 9.2 grade. All comics are bagged and boarded.
