Well to be honest, Im not entirely sure the differences in mediums from womens or juniors.. It fits me and Im not junior or petite sized. Haha :) The body of the shirt is long and loose, the bust is a stretch sweater material, and the arms are long with a snug fit. Hopefully that helps?
