Help me out here! If the bid is 200 and I bid 225, how is that it automatically tells me I have been outbid, instantly. I obviously missed reading something

Someone has placed a bid that is higher then 225. It won't show you the max the person has bid however.

Shipping to Puerto Rico and the other US territories cost the same as shipping domestically if using USPS. If you ship to Florida, shipping to Puerto Rico costs the exact same, for example.

Shipping to Canada via USPS, as long as the package is under 4 lbs, can be shipped via First Class International. The cost between US and Canada usually varies between $1-$7 (the heavier the package, the more the price varies). If the package is more than 4 lbs, First Class International is no longer an option and a huge jump in price, often not making it worth it to ship. USPS's post calc is a great reference to shipping estimates: http://postcalc.usps.gov/

Good luck on your auction!

I'm not used to shipping to Canada, is there a considerable difference in cost? If you can find out for me I'll be glad to consider it. Just send me a message.

rules also state that knives over 2 inches are not allowed on listia

Yea, haven't you heard of GIN? GET IT NOW. It is a price you put up that you would accept to end the auction. For example, If you would put 10,000 credits to get it now, Listia would charge you 10% so you would end up with 9000 credits. Some times it is worth it to do that cause you end up with more in the end. It is in rules exactly how it works and which badges you need in order to be able to do it.
