First edition. Hardcover with green cloth and yellow and black printing on cover and spine.

Pictorial illustration on cover tipped in. One fault which I showed in photos. An exuberant child cut half a book listing page in half. . No dust jacket. Some edge and corner wear. Very light fading on spine. Slight yellowing of pages. One illustration loose. 8 color illustrations by Harrison Cady, which includes frontis illus.
