A Beautiful Woman's Pendant with it appears to be semi precious gem stones in it.. No guarantees on this one but it does look very much like that what it is.. Beautiful regardless though..

It is silver plated but worn so a lot has rubbed off.. I know that it can be re-applied though for not a whole lot.. and the semi-precious stones may make it worth it. : )
