Is there only 5 or these? or are more available? (I would need 6 for my project) you say they weigh about that of a penny is the diamiter about as big as a penny or smaller?

seeing as they are not completely round, the yarn ball is a little smaller than a penny and the needles make it larger than a penny if that makes sense. I do have more of these and if the bids go over 400, I always throw in an extra 2. :)
