It does not come with a charger; however it comes with a small USB cable to connect to a PC to upload photos/ videos. It takes small/thin AAA batteries to work. Unfortunately I don't have my Seller Wings so I don't have the GIN option yet. I could shorten the days to one for that amount though :D And it works great and is in excellent condition.

If you don't win you don't lose your credits they are given back to you. I don't think it does since you have to use batteries, as far as I know the USB cable is used to upload photos and videos
