I just had a dispute get refunded for a similar card like this.. if it goes into dispute, or gets flagged, then it will get refunded by the admin...

After further discussion with other Admins we have determined this item is against our rules. If an item is listed for a certain dollar amount the item must be that true value. Since it is not I will have to refund the credits to the Winner.

Thank you for the heads up. But mines is the true value of $100. Who ever wins this just have to go to the Resturant.com web sight and pick what Resturant they would like to use the $100.

Who said they have to spend the whole $100 at one resturant. If they use wisdom I'm quite sure they can be successful with redeeming this.

@gway_gway85 what's the difference from someone giving you a gift card of $100 dollars and you go into a store to use it and you pick something that's a $119. Wouldn't you pay the difference out of your pocket or would you find something that would keep you in your $100 budget?

Ok, But restaurant.com is not charging any additional fees, it's the restaurants that are saying you have to spend a certain amount with them in order to use your gift card/certificate. Like I asked before what's the difference from any other gift card that you may use in a store and you have to pay the difference in balance?
