Sorry for all the questions but I am interested in your phone but need to know what is it I'm getting before using the gin. You say the sim card comes when you purchase the contract which I'm guess would have to be from TMobile. Than this phone can not be use with straight talk, as they are a no contract. Your keep this sim card that you used with this phone? Did you have a contract with TMobile?

service is with tmobile and i beleive you can use any walmart purchased phone with any of there services... sorry dont have all the details but if you call walmart they can tell you for sure
