The listing, Antique Tin Candy Container/Southern Belle & Plantation Scenes-Mint has ended.

Hello everyone,

I have here today a tin Candy container that was my great
grandmothers from the early 1930's. My grandmother
passed it down to me. Her Mom received it full of toffee as a mothers day present when my grandmother was a young girl. She helped a neighbor lady with her family when she had a new baby. I remember her saying it felt
like forever saving for her moms present. It was probably
the reason my grandmother has only two children. She grew up with 13 and this lady had her 10th. It was very
overwhelming. The tin is 4 1/2 inches tall, round and has
its original lid with a handle. It is a mint green color with gold flowers and leaves all over it, with acception to the
pictures. They have great graphics with a southern Belle
in full bell dress and standing under a trellis of gorgeous
flowers. It alternates with scenes of the plantation Yard.
The over all condition of this 1930's Tin is excellent to
mint ---no rust but it does have a great patina to it. Thank
you for looking and good luck.
